They made suits and such by hand​,​ artisanally​,​ before CB changed into a factory operation. This suit is one of those hand made pieces​,​ from the 2000s. The size tag reads 46R​,​ regular fit​,​ made in England​,​ hand-finished. Best fits a chap with some belly. The jacket has a structured shoulder​,​ notch lapels​,​ flapped pockets​,​ pick stitching​,​ horn buttons​,​ full canvas structure. The jacket is in excellent condition. The shoulder lining inside is torn​,​ and easy to fix by a seamstress. There is a small mark where the fuzzy cashmere nap is brushed​,​ behind one shoulder. The cloth is 100 % cashmere wool with a flannel surface. Heavy​,​ warm​,​ soft. Exact measurements: shoulder seam to seam 50 cm​,​ neck seam to cuff end 63 cm​,​ armpit to pit 59 cm​,​ below neck to hem 80cm. Similar Chester Barrie jackets used to sell for around 2400 euros new.
