They spend more than 20 hours to make each jacket​​,​​ which are hand cut​​,​​ sewn​​,​​ trimmed​​,​​ and finished in their own factory in Italy. Even the buttonholes​​,​​ lining attachments​​,​​ and buttons are done by hand. The size tag says 50​​,​​ which is the EU-size. That's 40 in the UK. The jacket has a full canvas structure inside to guarantee comfort and clean lines. In superb condition: no holes​​,​​ smell​ or tears. The jacket has a regular shoulder structure​​,​​ three button front​​,​​ notch lapels​​,​​ patch pockets​​,​​ pick stitching throughout​​,​​ two back vents​​,​​ meticulous pattern-matching​,​ working cuff buttons. There is plenty of extra cloth folded inside the seams to make extensive alterations easy. The cloth is 85 % wool and 15 % cashmere​,​ custom woven for Kiton. A fuzzy and soft fabric with a windowpane and herringbone pattern. Similar jackets currently cost 4450 euros at Kiton stores.
