From the know italian brand Lardini​,​ it has working buttons and spalla camicia​,​ welcome details to any italian sportcoat. Note that the sleeves have been altered by a previous owner and thus can't be adjusted to be longer because of the working buttons. This coat will thus be perfect for any person with large shoulders compared to their height. Size on the label says 56​,​ I'd argue that it might be a tad tight. I'd say EU54 ​/​ UK44. Since this is cotton​,​ it has a very nice patina​,​ which is why I didn't log it under 'excellent' condition : this item has been worned and clearly well cared for.
