Description
Please note: this item resides in Finland but my feedback score if flawless. Shipping to FR is 24 euros. Outside EU borders, the rates vary greatly - do contact me for a quote before bidding. Any questions at all, please send a message. I aim to serve. Do have a look at my other goodies, I collect classic men's clothing and always have something interesting to sell. * * * John Lobb rates among the best damn English shoe factories still operating. The quality of their leathers is ensured by Hermès which owns the company, and their tanneries. Lobb is known for monk shoes and this sandal pays homage to them with its two straps. This here is an extremely rare model which I haven't seen anywhere else. The model name is Godefroy and it was made to order for a Spanish millionaire banker. Size marking 7.5E, but the last is narrow so this will only fit a size 7 UK well. Worn less than 20 times. The condition is excellent. The uppers are calfskin, the toe is round, the pair has a Goodyear-welt construction, leather lining, oak bark leather soles. The insoles have been cleaned with antibacterial spray before shipping -- for your convenience. A similar MTO pair would cost some 1800 euros new.
