Vintage dressed woolen trousers made by Hector Powe of Regent Street. Black with thin white and red lines. Measurement in metrics : waist : 45 cm - seat : 66 cm thigs : 37 cm - knees : 28 cm - leg opening : 23 cm rise : 39 cm inseam : 77 cm length : 109 cm Excellent condition​,​ but the bottom hems show signs of wear. Should be hemmed to have mint trousers.
